Yoga and Kombucha
Updated: Aug 31, 2020
We recently had the pleasure of being a part of an event hosted by Space on Seneca and The Flower Stand, a lovely flower market in Springville, NY. It's difficult to express how serene and beautiful the experience was, floating on our mat between rows of gorgeous and fragrant flowers -- in fact, as the class finished, Marissa wished she could have just drifted off to sleep for the night right there.
We have been working with Space on Seneca to continue to build our own yoga practice and to bring Big Norwegian Kombucha to all of the wonderful yogis who practice together under the pavilion roof at Larkin Square.
You can find us Sunday mornings at the 8am and 9:30am classes in Larkin Square, along with our guides Colleen and Dan of Space on Seneca, who instruct as a team to provide a unique and very rewarding experience. The atmosphere is light and compassionate, and all types and skill levels are welcome to join in. Mats are spaced out appropriately and blocks/straps are provided, but bring your own mat. Space on Seneca also holds a Wednesday evening class for a great mid-week gift to yourself. Be sure to go on their website and sign up as most classes will fill up! We sell kombucha by the 32-oz growler or pint after the 9:30am class (cash, card, or Venmo accepted).
